I have always had an obsession with keyboards and fresh journals. From songwriting to short stories, writing has been my pride and joy. 

But it wasn't just fiction I was writing.

I discovered the immense feelings of Freedom I experienced once I poured every thought and feeling I had onto the pages of my notebooks. It felt like being grounded and in a deep escape at the same time. This was my freedom from fear, survival, and dysfunction. 

I created Float & Pen for High Achieving Survivors who need a healthy release from the Fight and Freeze mode we often find ourselves in as we pursue and tackle our goals. It's time we understand the narratives that are running on autopilot and holding us from our highest potential. It's time we learn to Create, Let Go, and Receive.

Founder of The Floaters' School of Empowerment, Desiree Robyn Delilah is a Freedom Coach and Somatic Intimacy Healer for Survivors of Narcissistic Abuse and exploit. She studies Consciousness, Quantum Physics, and Neuroscience. She is also a Trained and Certified Somatic Practitioner.
